Hawx Requirements

Training Requirements:

• PreKnocking Training: 

  • Complete Conveyour courses before knocking: “D2D Sales Onboarding”, “2022 Service Offerings Training.”

  • Meet minimum 1-2 times with manager or sales trainer

  • Read Sales Manual

  • Complete Pitch Memorization

• First 1-2 Weeks of Knocking:

  • Conveyour Course: “D2D PreKnocking Campaign,”

  • Complete Conveyour Courses after 10 sales have been completed: “2022 Pitch Pro Workshop.”

• Rest of Summer:

  • Cory Clark Sale Psychology Trainings

  • Study online training portal/manual 30 minutes per day.

Working Requirement:

• Morning Training Meetings at 9am(5 per week)

• 10:30-11am hitting your first door.

• 1 hour lunch allowed.

• Last door at 9pm.

• Must Maintain 6 sales per week minimum.

• Must knock 120+ doors per day

• Must go to “Circus” meeting if you get no sales. Next day must show up 30 minutes early for the Circus.(Extra Training)

Living Requirements:

• Keep living space tidy.

• Be aware and considerate of roommates.

• No smoking or alcohol in single housing.

• Any damage to apartments will be charged to the roommates.
